Product Summary:

The 3D security fence panel features one to multiple V-fold ribs formed from a welded wire mesh to significantly boost stiffness and impact resistance without substantial weight increase. Typical panel width is approx. 2500–2520 mm. Mesh options include 50×100, 50×150 and 50×200 mm with standard 4.0 mm wire (3.5–6.0 mm optional). The modular system supports square, rectangular or round posts and multiple foundation methods (in-ground concrete or baseplate anchor), suitable for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure perimeter protection.

Manufactured via automatic welding, V-forming, pickling, hot-dip galvanizing (or pre-galvanizing), and powder coating / PVC coating with high-temperature curing. Quality control includes weld strength sampling, coating thickness and adhesion tests, dimensional inspection and visual checks. Packaging is palletized with wooden braces and anti-rust wrapping; staged delivery is available for large projects. Factory inspection certificates and third-party testing can be provided where required. Installation guides and maintenance packages are offered to ensure long-term performance.
