• The flatness of high-precision flat head closures is controlled within 3mm, fulfilling the requirements of clients in the magnetic resonance equipment industry.
• The surface roughness of polished head closures can be maintained within 0.4μm, meeting the stringent surface quality standards of high-end medical and food manufacturing clients.
• The development of reduced-opening head closures has minimised welding workload for clients in industries such as pressure vessels, reduced costs for components like gaskets, bolts, and flanges, and enabled smooth structural transitions in equipment.

At present, our company has more than 70 sets of main production equipment, capable of processing dished heads with a diameter ranging from 76 mm to 10,000 mm and a thickness ranging from 1 mm to 200 mm, with an annual output of over 400,000 units. The main production equipment includes:

• 12 hydraulic presses (ranging from 200 to 39,000 tons)

• 5 laser cutting and plasma cutting machines (with power from 4,000W to 20,000W)

We operate a full suite of core post-processing equipment, including heat treatment furnaces, NDT facilities, and pickling tanks, ensuring complete in-house control.
