Product Description Of TLE4945L

TLE4945L XENSIV™ magnetic Hall switch is designed for automotive and industrial applications, featuring on-chip reverse polarity protection and output protection against negative voltage transients. Reverse polarity protection is included onchip as is output protection against negative voltage transients. TLE4945L serves as a bipolar switch for current commutation in brushless drives and is deployed in body applications such as window lift modules.
