The taper reduction pump is driven by the motor to output hydraulic oil to push forward the plunger in the clamping cylinder, so that the two inner taper sleeves on the piston and the front cylinder cover push the mold base with symmetrical cone surface to shrink radially , to achieve module pressure on the hose.
When the shrinkage reaches the setting value of the scale, the withholding pressure is automatically stopped. After the electromagnetic directional valve is commutated, the hydraulic oil enters into two mold-opening cylinders to push the plunger to reversely move, and the mold base recovers the module under the action of the spring.
The taper shrinking machine is a hydraulic fully automatic pipe end processing machine which controls the end face of the pipe under the normal condition by expanding and shrinking the pipe, and is controlled by an integrated touch display screen. The pipe can be expanded, contracted, and bulged by replacing the die. Ribs and other pipe end processing molding, according to the needs of users can freely determine the use of manual, jog or automatic processing.
