Thermal insulation fabrics - silicone coated fiber glass cloth is common used material for industrial thermal insulation fields. With 200g/m2 silicone rubber on two sides, totall weight of this satin weave fiber glass fabric is 1050g/m2. Thickness is 0.85mm. It is woven with 8/6 per cm thread count. Standard roll of coated fabric is 1m wide x 50m long.

Fiberglass fabric is durable, flexible, heavy duty and heat&flame resistant. With grey silicone on two sides, the silicone coated glass fabric is abrasion resistant, electrical insulated, anti corrosion and oil/moisture resistant.

What's more, silicone coated fabric is easy to fabricate. With coating, there is no fraying on the cutting edges. This high temp glass fabric is able to be resist 550℃ continuous heat. Silicone coating can withstand heat below 260℃. Application includes fire blanket, curtains, welding splasher protection, pipe&pump insulation cover, etc.
