AC110V 2Quadrant-HV series Product introduction :
◆HV series is AC input speed driver with variable parameters and PI close-loop of speed and current.The reference can be 0～10Vanalog voltage or 0～100%PWM.Also it can be 0～3KHz frequency by adding a F-V unit on PCB.Parameters can be set by DIP switches and potentiometers such as pole number,max speed,ramp time ,loop filter time and peak current etc.Protective functions such as short circuit,safe start,safe direction reversal etc are presented.Voltage grades are 60～195VDC/110VAC,60～385VDC/60～220AC.Peak current grades are 1A,3A,8A,16A,24A.Ambient temperature grade are-10～45℃,-40～65℃.

★2-Quadrant PI close-loop control of speed with good linearity. Use of industrial grade chips.
★Control functions of F/Renable,brake,speed,reference and output functions of speed pulse(PG),alarm.Over temperature protection.

Precautions:

★Correct driver setup for motor.

★Select temperature grade based on local environment

★Add cooling fan as OT alarm comes.

★Hall sensor signals are easily interfered as long leads ,Shielded wires may be needed

★ Motor speed must be less than safe brake speed at BK operation

★ Good insulation is needed between windings and Hall sensors of motor.
