Introduction

This machine uses coiled metal sheets as raw materials for the processing of C-shaped purlins. The assembly line includes functions such as material racks, front punching, C-shaped steel forming host, and cutting (the above processes are automatically controlled). The whole machine adopts PLC control and AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology to realize continuous automatic production. It is an ideal production equipment for steel structure and metal cold bending processing industries.

Feeding frame: mainly composed of uncoiling frame, mandrel, brake device, etc. The uncoiling frame is a steel plate welded structure; the square-head adjusting screw at the end of the main shaft expands and contracts, and the tension pad on the mandrel shrinks and tightens in the radial direction to hold and relax the steel coil; the brake device is friction between the brake band and the brake wheel Force to achieve, adjust the bolt, adjust the unwinding speed.
