What Is A C&Z Purlin Change Over Rollfomer?
C-shape purlin and Z-shape purlins are mainly used in steel buildings as the structural support. CZ purlin change over rollformer also known as CZ interchangeble machine is designed for producing C&Z shape purlins with variable dimensions. In one machine, different sizes and shapes (C-shape, U-shape, Z Shape) can be produced by adjust the spacers and rollers. Why Equipping Lubricating System On The Machine?
There are two ways to get a zinc coated C purlin or Z purlin. Spraying zinc on roll formed purlins and using zinc coated material to produce purlins. During the process of roll forming, the zinc layer will drop due to the friction between rollers and material. Believe Industry Company equip a lubricating unit before roll forming. When the material enters into the feeding guide, the lubricant sprayed on the material will reduce the friction and wear and tear of the zinc layer to ensure good quality of final product. |
