The double-girder casting bridge crane is mainly composed of box bridge, hook, crane traveling mechanism and electrical system. The main hook is used as the load tool for lifting the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete the pouring of molten steel and steel slag. Various speed systems with a speed ratio of 1:10 are used. This speed system is used for main mechanisms such as lifting, trolley traverse and crane walking. The appropriate speed can also be selected according to customer requirements.
