Product Overview For Abrasion Test Equipment:

This current-carrying hoses abrasion resistance test equipment meets the standard of IEC60335-2-2, clause 21.102 figure 101. Suitable for verifying the vacuum cleaners or water-suction cleaning appliances's current-carrying hoses shall be resistant to abrasion.

The equipment is controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen. The motor drives the crank mechanism to rotate at a rate of 30r/min, and the sample of the current-carrying tube is reciprocated 100 times forward and backward by 300mm through the connecting rod. At the same time, support the hose with a rotating smooth roller, and attach a belt of abrasive cloth to the outer edge of the roller, moving at a speed of 0.1m/min. The abrasive of the emery cloth is corundum, and the particle size is Pl00 according to the provisions of ISO 6344-2. The other end of the hose hangs a weight with a mass of 1kg as a guide to prevent the hose from rotating. In the lowest position, the maximum distance of the weight from the center of the roller is 600 mm. After the test, the basic insulation shall be free from leakage and the electric strength test of 16.3 is carried out between the connected conductors and the saline solution.
